Pesto Grilled Cheese

Sourdough bread
mozzarella cheese
tomato (optional)
pesto

(Butter for the outside)

Really yummy.
Wasn't sure if my family would eat it.
I did tomato in only mine and they loved it.
Say its a "make again"
