1 1/2 Cups Cooked White Rice
3/4 Cup Corn
3/4 Cup Beans (Black or Kidney)
1 Large Tomato
1 stem green onion chopped
3-4 Tblsp. Cilantro
Pinch Salt
1/2 of a Limes Juice
Serve this as a side or put inside a taco. Really light a refreshing. My whole family loved
