Chicken Stroganoff Cresents

Which is:

5 chicken Breast (boneless, skinless)

2 - 2 1/2 Tablespoon of Lemon Pepper Seasoning
2 Cans Cream Of Chicken Soup
3 oz. Cream Cheese
1 Large dallop of sour cream


Put all in crockpot and sook on low heat 6-8 hrs. Then shredded chicken with forks.

spread over unseemed cresent roll. Fold in half and seal ends. Cook according to cresent package. Serve.

Chicken Stroganoff

3 oz. Cream Cheese
1 Large dallop of sour cream

Put all in crockpot and sook on low heat 6-8 hrs. Then shredded chicken with forks. This will be really easy. Serve over noodles (or rice).

Banana Bread

Prep: 25 min
Bake:55 MinOven: 350 *
Makes: 1 loaf (16 servings)

2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground nnutmeg
1 1/2 cups mashed bananas (5 medium)
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cooking oil or melted butter
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Mix together. Pour into gread bread pan. Spinkle top with cinnamon and sugar (not included in recipes above). Bake for 55 min at 350*

Meatball Subs



Cook Pre-Cooked Meatballs in crockpot with Marina/Spaghetti sauce. Heat oven to 350* Serve meatballs on sub sandwich and top with Mozzarella Cheese Slices. Place in oven until cheese is melted. So yummy!

Baked Chicken Nuggets


Ingredients:
Chicken Breast Boneless, skinless
salt and Pepper to taste
3 Tsp. Olive Oil
6 Tblsp. Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
2 Tblsp. Parmesan Cheese
Cooking Spray


Cut chicken into small chunks (like a chicken nugget). Season with salt and pepper. Dip into oil and the into the Italian/Parmesan Cheese mixture. Place on sheet and spray tops with cooking spray to add crispiness. Bake at 425* for about 30 min or until juices run clear. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Hoot-a-nanny Or German Pancakes



I grew up calling this Hoot-a-nanny but come to find out the "normal" name is German Pancake. Anyways. These are a SIMPLE egg version of pancakes. Perfect for Sunday morning. Mix together throw in the oven , take and showerm and done!
Your kids will love them too!

Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbls. Butter, Melted

* Set oven to 400* Melt butter and pour into cookie sheet (with lip. Mix all other ingredients together in Large Mixing bowl. Pour mixture over butter, into pan. Bake for 20 min. Serve with Syrup (how we like) or powdered sugar or ketchup.

Bean Burrito Enchilada Style



Soo Easy!






Ingredients:

Tortilla

Favorite Enchiladas Sauce (I like Old El Paso, but used Macayos also)

Cumin

Shredded Cheese

Refried Beans


Directions:

Coat one side of tortilla with enchilada sauce. Fill with Refried Bean, little cheese and sprinkle with cumin. Fold and lay seam down in pan. Conitue till pan full. Top With Sauce (not too much of it will become soggy). Top with cheese and bake at 350* about 20 min till beans are warm. Serve with favorite toppings or keep it simple and add nothing.

Crockpot Chicken Tacos


Crockpot Chicken Tacos

4-5 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breasts, can be frozen
¾ jar of favorite salsa
2 Cans Black Beans
1 Can corn

Add all into crockpot, cook on high for 4-5 hours. Shred chicken with 2 forks. Eat on tortillas and top with favorite taco toppings.
