Corn & Black Bean Salsa

2 Cups Corn
1 (15 oz.) can black beans
2 medium tomatoes seeded and diced
1/2 cup Tomato sauce
1/4 cup green onions
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. chili powder

Serve with chips
