My name is Tara Almanza and I LIKE to cook, but I wouldnt say Im great at it but I do enjoy it. As you look at my recipes you'll see Im into the flavor and not really the look =). Plus Im a full time working mom of 3 little ones, so I like fast, simple meals I can make at the end of a long day. On numerous occasions I have made something that my husband loves, and then later he'll ask me to make it again and I cant find the recipe. Or sometimes we just plain forget, and I know theres some good ones. So heres my online cookbook... Im taking pictures to help me remember that recipe. This is more for me and my family more than anything else but feel free to browse!
